A packet of information and the registration form will be given to your dancers this week.

Rock-Star Dance Camp - (Girls Entering Grades PF-3)

Time: 9:00 am - 1:30 pm (includes lunch)
Date: June 27th - July 1st

Do you love to dance to your favorite music in front of your bathroom mirror? Do you ever find yourself lip- syncing to a song using your hairbrush as a microphone? Then this is the camp for you! The dance classes in this camp feature high-energy movement and fun music by some of today’s most popular bands. We invite dancers with all levels of experience to join us for a variety of dance classes and dance crafts throughout the week, and then to show off their favorite moves in a performance on Friday!

Just Dance: A NYC-Style Dance Camp - (Girls Entering Grades 4-8)
                       Date: June 20-24th
Time: 9:00 am - 1:30 pm (includes lunch)
Director: Renuka Gandhi, Fourth Grade Teacher & Dance School Teacher, The Bryn Mawr School

Have you ever watched the popular TV show “So You Think You Can Dance” and wanted to try the dances that those contestants do? In this camp, you will get the opportunity to do just that! Take a street hip-hop class one hour and then a contemporary class next. Learn a classical Broadway dance one day and then try a Pop- Jazz class the next day. Dancers with all levels of experience are invited to join this workshop-style camp that features a variety of dance classes, dance
crafts, and a performance at the end of the week

These camps are open to all Bryn Mawr students as well as girls outside of the school.

If you have any questions, please email Miss Gandhi (GandhiR@brynmawrschool.org)!
