Ballet Variation Camp - (Girls Entering Grades 4-6)
Director: Julianna Kronick, Dance School teacher and Assistant, The Bryn Mawr SchoolCalling all ballet dancers! Join us for a week of ballet instruction, ballet history and terminology, and variation work. Students will explore movement and music in classical ballets such as“Giselle,” “Swan Lake,” “Sleeping Beauty,” “Coppelia,” and “The Nutcracker.” Dancers will use arts and crafts to create props and costumes for a culminating performance for family and friends at the end of the week. Dancers will participate in ballet, jazz and creative movement classes, explore numerous novels, create story inspired crafts, and prepare special dances for family and friends. Approximate time that doors will open to audience members. PLEASE do not enter early. We are very busy getting dancers ready and working on final preparations and need the theatre

SEATING:
Admission to the performance is free. Please keep in mind that seating is limited as we have approximately 90 dancers in the performance. All seating is first come, first served- there is no saving, assigned or reserved seating.
